Recumbent Bike

Designed to give the user  a cardiovascular workout and improve leg strength and muscle tone. It is ideal as a rehabilitation tool, keeping the back in a fixed position whilst working the lower body. The recumbent bike comes with our bespoke made all aluminium pedals. These look and work brilliantly, but most importantly will never rust.

How to use correctly

Struggling with your knees and hips? The Recumbent bike is a great rehabilitation tool!

  1. Making sure you’re comfortably seated, back against the back plate and in an upright position.
  2. Fix feet on the pedals in front of you and start to pedal in a rhythmic movement.
  3. Use hand rails on either side of the seat for support, if required.


  1. Improves muscle stamina and endurance.
  2. Improves heart and lung function over a period of time.
  3. Tones the legs and bum.

Trainer's Tip

  1. A great way to start a workout or get those legs and lower limbs ready for a run!!
