This gym has a lovely balance between strength and toning and cardiovascular workout. A low impact gym promoting gentle rythmic movement to decrease fascia build up, improve muscle strength, improve lung function and lower blood sugar levels.

Cross Trainer

  • One exercise works several muscles in upper body, the largest being the "Latissimus Dorsi"
  • Excellent exercise to improve strength 
  • Bones increase in mineral density and strength decreasing risk of osteoporosis

Leg Press

  • Places greater emphasis on the quadriceps than traditional "Squats"
  • All of the wide footplate allows different footplacements  which targets different aspects of your legs
  • Help to achieve a "flat" belly by working secondary muscle groups in the abdomen
  • Highly effective exercise for building muscle and strength in users quads, hamstrings and calves

Spinning Bike

  • Excellent way to burn calories and releive stress
  • Will work the calves and thighs and the bike position will work abdominal muscles 
  • Quicker revolutions will burn fat. Slower revolutions will build strength 
  • Can build increased cardio endurance
  • Reduces chance of injury due to low impact nature of exercise
