The Great Outdoor Gym Company team were put through their paces by GMTV’s superfit Deanne Berry. Filmed for GMTV Breakfast and Lorraine Kelly’s show, the team leg-pressed and stomach-crunched at the Tower Hamlets adiZone.
Deanne smiled her way throughout the outdoor gym and floor workout – giving tips on getting the perfect bikini body using the free outdoor equipment.
